This class live streams on Tuesdays and Fridays. A zoom link will be sent to you prior to class. Please contact the studio to sign up for class. Pilates is a safe form of exercise for people in their 50’s, 60’s and older. It’s a low impact form of exercise which strengthens muscles, improves core fitness and balance. This class was originally created for older clients and now includes clients of all ages. Pilates for Strength and Balance addresses body awareness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, range of motion, balance, coordination and motor planning. Cancellation Policy
It’s required that you cancel your scheduled session more than 24 hours in advance. Session cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be deducted from your active packages.
